Policies at K&B Hair Co
Return, Refund, & Exchange policy
We do not offer returns or refunds on purchases. However, we do provide exchanges within 30 days of your purchase, at the same value as the original order.
To be eligible for an exchange:
- The product must be unused
- The product must be in its original, sealed packaging
- The product must be in its original condition
After 30 days from the date of purchase, your order is considered final sale and is no longer eligible for an exchange. A completed exchange form must be submitted and approved for the exchange to be processed. For an exchange form, please email us directly at mackenzieblack.2324@gmail.com
Exchange eligibility criteria
To qualify for an exchange, the following conditions must be met:
- The request is made within 30 days of the original purchase date
- The product is unused and in original condition
- The packaging is sealed with the original plastic security sticker intact
- The product has not been cut, chemically altered, or tampered with in any way

Shipping Disclaimer
K&B Hair Co is not responsible for stolen or missing packages once an order has been shipped. Please ensure that your shipping address is secure and accurate at the time of purchase.
If a package goes missing please contact the carrier and file a claim.
Hair Care Responsibility Disclaimer
K&B Hair Co is not responsible for replacing or exchanging hair due to shedding, tangling, breakage, or color fading that results from:
- Improper at-home hair care
- Lack of proper maintenance guidance from a stylist
- Failure by the client to follow recommended care instructions
